UCF is committed to developing a sustainable energy campus and the new Performing Arts Center is designed to have a low carbon footprint on our environment. The architects and engineers for the project designed a beautiful, contemporary structure utilizing many state-of-the-art green features and abundant natural lighting.
Scheduled for the first classes to be conducted following the Phase One completion in Spring 2011, the green new UCF Performing Arts Center is targeted for LEED Silver certification.
